Greetings from Los Angeles!

God continues to pour out His blessings upon the City of Angels Church as we had another week of "daily additions" – six baptisms and one restoration! Another miracle that was the highlight of the week for Elena & me was Mason & Nathalie Fetelika's Wedding where six hundred of their friends and family attended! Since Nathalie is a precious "daughter in the faith" to us, during the "Wedding Week" we were so encouraged to draw closer to her awesome physical family! And it was equally encouraging for Elena & me to become true friends with Mason's precious family, as Mason has become a dear "uso" (brother in Samoan) to me!

600 enthusiastic friends and family attended
Mason & Nathalie's Wedding!

In the Wedding's Sermonette, the final charge of "Destiny" that was given to Mason & Nathalie was to "make no small plans as they have no magic to stir men's blood and probably won't be realized!" Joe Willis shared at Mason's Groom Honoring Party that in our former fellowship never was an "Islander" ever appointed an Evangelist! So, since God is making the glory of His "present Temple" greater than His "former Temple," I believe that Mason will be this generation's first "Islander Evangelist!" (Haggai 2:9)

God's potential "first Islander Evangelist" displays
his confidence in the Lord with pink socks!

The Wedding of Mason & Nathalie was truly a
"Royal Wedding" since as siblings of the
King of Kings
they are a prince
and a princess

Interestingly, Mason's middle name is Semigalio, which in Samoan means "to present." Nathalie was given her name as she was born close to Christmas – the "natalis" (Latin for birth) of "Christ" whom her parents greatly honor! So now since they have come together as one in marriage, their destiny as a couple is "to present Christ!"

Mason & Nathalie Fetelika!

Isaiah 42:10-12 reads, "Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise from the ends of the earth… you Islands, and all who live in them! Let [the people of the desert] give glory to the Lord and proclaim His presence in the Islands!" In our movement, we are striving to accomplish Jesus' dream to take the gospel from "Jerusalem, to Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth!" (Acts 1:8) In Isaiah 42, the Spirit equates the "ends of the earth" to the "Islands!" So since Mason is from Samoa and Nathalie's heritage is Indonesian, I challenged them to fulfill their destiny and to help "to present Christ" to the 20,000 islands of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia (Polynesia is where Samoa is located), as well as to the 17,508 islands of Indonesia! And to God be the glory!

Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia!

And now more detailed reports from around LA…
Jake Ramsier of the AV Sector of the Central Region: Greetings from the Antelope Valley! In today's sermon, we studied the "Servant Songs" of Isaiah. We rejoiced to see the verse that predicted Christ's gentleness and compassion – Isaiah 42:3 "a smoldering wick He will not snuff out" – fulfilled before our eyes as our sister Reba was restored! It was obvious that the "spark" of Reba's faith was reignited into flame by Christ as she concluded her apology and sharing by singing a passionate song of thanks to God! We all cheered (including her friend that she brought out to church!) at the sight of Reba's eagerness to immediately start using her gifts for God!

After her restoration, Reba sings about the
joy of her salvation!

Please send your prayers up "the 14" as we intend to see many other prophecies of the Kingdom fulfilled in the High Desert, such as Isaiah 40:3, "In the wilderness clear a way for the Lord; construct in the desert a road for our God!"
Luke Speckman: Greetings from Ventura! The Lord graciously added one more to our number this week! Bobby was baptized in the Pacific Ocean today after our Park Service! He was a former coworker of Marcel who was recently restored. Even though Bobby knew him while Marcel was in the darkness, when Marcel changed and restored his relationship with God, Bobby noticed and wanted to change as well! He diligently studied the Bible every day this week to prepare for baptism! Please continue praying for Ventura!

The Ventura Brothers rejoice over Bobby's serious
decision to take up his cross daily!

Argo Arneson: Greetings from the Inland Empire Region! Today, we had an incredible addition to our family as our always "spiritually fruitful" sister Thea Beach gave birth to Blaze Briceson Beach! However, please join all of us in the IE Region as we pray for Beach & Thea’s newborn son Blaze, as he has a low heart rate and an infection.

Prayers are needed for Baby Blaze!

Chris Broom of the OC Region: 1 Timothy 4:12 says, "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." I am so proud of the example that is being set by our Teen Ministry in Orange County and the fruit that we are seeing because of it!
A little over two months ago, Julissa studied the Bible and was baptized into Christ in the OC Teen Ministry! She invited her older sister Sue and her sister's boyfriend Eliseo to our Friday Night Teen Devotional and they came. At first, both of them were very reserved and sat in the back not saying much or getting involved. Then Sue started to see the changes that her sister Julissa was making in her life at home and knew she was different! This inspired Sue and Eliseo, who had been boyfriend and girlfriend for about five years, to get serious about making some changes of their own. They even put their relationship "on hold" in order to focus on God, and they both did so saying that God needed to come first in their lives. They became disciples of Jesus and were baptized today and they are now focused on making disciples within their schools!

The OC Teen Ministry is on fire!

NEWS FLASH – Ron Harding of Washington DC: Greetings from the City of Magnificent Intentions! God amazed everyone as He "skyrocketed" us past 100 members through "daily additions" with seven souls added this week! I'm so proud of my wife as all seven additions were from the Women's Ministry! I’m also so proud of Steve & Kithy Ranga! Since Steve’s father went into the hospital experiencing heart failure, the Rangas went to New York to comfort him. They "joined forces" with the Smellies and the Chins to get Steve's Dad studying the Bible. Steve's mother-in-law was so impacted that she is studying as well! The Rangas stayed connected to our campus disciples as well as with Tracy & me to insure that their two "hottest" studies still moved through to baptism at our Anniversary Service!
The fun started on Thursday with the baptism of Latavia! Latavia was reached-out to by the Charlotte Remnant Group before they moved. After searching for the truth in many churches, she finally concluded that she needed to move to DC to be with the only disciples who she saw preaching the truth. Her baptism has built everyone's faith in the area of giving up everything and being willing to go anywhere! Then on Saturday, Melika was baptized into our Marrieds Ministry!

Inspiring the entire DC Church, Latavia moved from
Charlotte to study the Bible and get her
life right with the Lord!

Sunday was arguably our most powerful service to date! We opened the service with the restoration of Tiffany Smith and the place memberships of Burgandie Onekea and Tawyna McGhee from LA! The singing was powerful and the fellowship was so loud that at times it was hard to hear individual conversations! (A good problem!) Thankfully everyone was on point because the Lord blessed us in having a very powerful politician from Virginia join us for service. She loved service saying, "I've never felt so welcome at church!" Then we closed out the service with two more awesome baptisms – Ruth from the University of Maryland and Dao from Howard University! The parents of Ruth who initially persecuted her and her sister Naomi were not only supportive, but they've been studying the Bible and will be doing Light & Darkness this Tuesday!

During the sharing before Dao’s baptism, Erica
surprises Dao with a beautiful Bible as a gift!

NEWS FLASH – Matt Sullivan of Orlando: "Then they said to each other, 'We're not doing right. This is a day of good news and we are keeping it to ourselves. If we wait until daylight, punishment will overtake us. Let's go at once and report this to the royal palace.'" (2 Kings 7:9) In Orlando, we want to do what is RIGHT and share the GOOD NEWS! God has blessed us again with two incredible men being baptized this Sunday!
Jim Gelightly had been around the world and was living very well for several years as financially he was "set." Then in 2008 with a massive shift in stock market trading, he lost most of his money. At this point, he began to "come to his senses" and realize that seeking a relationship with God was his only hope for true security. He studied out several religions and even participated, yet was disillusioned with what he found.
Finally in early July as the Orlando Church was striving to fundraise through a fireworks stand, our brother Curtis White volunteered over 60 hours and shared his faith with everyone who came in! Jim was one of those guys! Jim came out to church one Sunday and loved it! Jim was fired-up to be baptized Sunday and become your brother in Christ!

Curtis and Brandon welcome Jim to the
Orlando Church Family!

Brandon is a UCF student, loves music and is a super talented and fun young man to be around! Always with a huge smile and looking to encourage others yet as he watched the life of his roommate Aaron, he knew something was missing in his. Although he was invited to church many, many times, he just never came. Finally, while each disciple in the Campus Ministry was sharing their faith with "50 people a day" for their Fall Campaign, Brandon decided to come out to Devo! It was an incredible time and he knew then why Aaron had "changed so much" – these people "love God so much!" He studied the Bible for about two weeks and was joyfully baptized Sunday!

Aaron (left) and Brandon (center) are now
roommates and brothers!

Amazingly, in the first 27 days of our second year since the planting, God has radically blessed the Orlando Church with three incredible restorations and seven amazing disciples being baptized! God truly stoops down to make us great so others can be saved!
Lastly, your prayers are urgently requested for this weekend’s first meeting of the South Florida Remnant Group! If you are interested in attending this momentous gathering, please join us on Friday and Saturday September 13th & 14th at 10335 NW 39 Mnr., Coral Springs, Florida 33065 both evenings at 6PM! Hosting this event with me is my dear brother Lance Underhill, who serves as a Shepherd in the City of Angels Church in LA! Also joining us will be the inspirational young church leader – Jason Dimitry from Las Vegas! Please come and hear powerful messages of hope for the remnant! For more information please contact Lance Underhill at 714-463-0025 or

The incredible Shepherding Couple of LA's Super
South Region – Lance & Connie Underhill!

Coltin Rohn: Greetings from Boston, the city of many "Hahvast" fields! Earlier this week, I received an email from a brother in our former fellowship who has been listening to our sermons online and reading the Good News Emails! Today this brother drove over an hour just to come to service, and of course, he LOVED it! Lord willing, his family and friends will be with him in the weeks to come!
Sal DiFusco preached one of his best sermons to date on The Awesome And Incredible Power Of God! Also, Charlton Bergado placed membership today from New York City! Thank you NYC Church for sending us such an incredible brother, as Charlton has already become our "secret weapon" in sharing our faith because he speaks seven different languages and can relate with so many! So now with 42 disciples, the Lord blessed us with another attendance of 71 people! "Pray for the workers!"

Boston's Three Mighty Men – Brian,
Charlton and Mahleek!

Jeremy Ciaramella of Phoenix: "This is the gate of the Lord through which the righteous may enter. I will give you thanks, for you answered me; you have become my salvation!" (Psalm 118:20-21) What an amazing day here in the Valley of "The Son!" God has answered our prayers and has brought through "the gate" into His Kingdom two more souls committed to seeking "first His Kingdom and His righteousness!"
First, our dear brother Andre shared vulnerably how he left the Kingdom earlier this year because he refused God's discipline. (Proverbs 15:10) It was very moving to hear him tearfully apologize to our God and the fellowship. Andre’s repentance is both refreshing and healing, and we are so thankful that he's come home to the Father and the family!

Andre returns home to his Father and his
beloved Phoenix Church!

Secondly, when Jacob was about cross the fords of the Jabbok in Genesis 32, he ends up spending the night wrestling with the Angel of God and being renamed "Israel" which means "he who wrestles with God." This Saturday, we met with Dave – who is a freshman at ASU studying Biomedical Engineering – to "count the cost." At the end of the study, Dave was not certain that he could really give up everything. We looked over this passage and called him to "wrestle with God" in prayer about this matter. Dave then spent all night Saturday taking an epic prayer walk for over 20 miles calling out to God! After that, he review the notes and Scriptures until the brothers picked him up for church. He came to the deep conviction that he "can do all things through Christ, who [will give him] strength!" (Philippians 4:13) Today, God resurrected Dave to a new life through his faith and good confession in the waters of baptism! To our God be the glory!

Dave wrestles with God and overcomes
Satan to enter the Kingdom!

Andrew Smellie: "Someone asked [Jesus], 'Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?' He said to them, 'Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.'" (Luke 13:23-24 emphasis added) Greetings from New York City! In a city where "Broadway" is by far the most popular avenue, the Scripture above reminds us that we must strive to enter the "narrow [way]" of discipleship despite the liberal religious traditions of the world!
With the charge to "make the most of every opportunity," the Lord stirred the hearts of two more souls today to be baptized into Christ – Marciel Gallimore, a single professional from Long Island, and Emalyia Scarelli, a campus student from the prestigious Parsons School of Design who has already developed her own clothing line!

After her baptism, Emalyia is embraced
by the NYC Sisters!

It was evident that both of these new disciples were grateful for the grace of God by "making every effort" to get united with the Lord. As Marciel was preparing to attend his Counting the Cost Study earlier last week, he learned that his method of transportation had become unavailable, so he decided to RUN several miles in order to "count the cost" with the brothers! As he shared about his decision to repent of his earlier complacency, he pointed to his t-shirt that boldly stated, "Every second counts" in getting right with the Lord!

Undeterred by Satan's scheme's, Marciel realizes that
"every second counts" and after "making every
effort" he enters the Kingdom!

Please pray for all the disciples in New York City as we prepare to celebrate our Fifth Anniversary Service next week, and joining this "mini Jubilee" will be disciples from Syracuse and Boston! The proclamation throughout this great city that "Jesus is Lord" is just beginning!

Pray for the NYC Church Fifth Anniversary
Service this Sunday!

Jay Shelbrack: "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink." (John 7:37) Greetings from the saints in Chicago! This week, God has blessed His church with one addition as Ariel was baptized! A couple of weeks ago, we shared about Daniel being baptized, who is Victor Robles' nephew, and was reached out to on Morton College Campus by Victor Montano. Ariel is Daniel's brother, and Victor Robles' nephew! He moved our hearts at service today as he shared the above Scripture and that he always thought of himself as unworthy and unable to be in God’s Kingdom because of his sin. How incredible it was for him to realize that Jesus "allows" anyone to follow Him if they believe, repent and are baptized!

Ariel (fourth from the left) with his family and
friends that helped him make Jesus Lord!

Equally encouraging was to see two of our members graduate from The Chemical Recovery Ministry – Jasmine Smith and Daijon Peterson!

The CR Ministry has radically changed the
lives of Jasmine and Daijon!

We are also very excited to announce that we have appointed a new "Region Leader Couple-in-Training!" Anthony & Maria Franklin will be working by our side in the Mighty West Region! We have seen them grow tremendously in the last year as they have led our Teen Ministry! The Franklins have done a tremendous job as they have converted six teens since they began a little over a year ago without one fall away! Kenneth Cook (K.C.), one of our fulltime interns and his girlfriend Doris Kankunda will be taking over the Teen responsibilities! Please pray for the harvest as so many are close to making Jesus Lord!

The awesome Teen Ministry Leaders –
Anthony & Maria Franklin – are
Chicago's newest Region

Joel Parlour of Syracuse: "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field." (Matthew 9:37-38) What an amazing week out here in Syracuse! After starting the week with a tremendous Labor Day Fun Day and Picnic, the next few days had so many thunderstorms that most of the city came to a "standstill!" However, the disciples were working hard!

Syracuse's Labor Day Fun Day Winners!

This week, we initiated our "Solomon's Colonnade" on the beautiful campus of Syracuse University and God blessed it in incredible ways! To wrap-up the long week, we planned a bonfire for our Friday Devotional to get some "family time" and dream of what God can do through us. But God had other plans! Seemingly before I could blink, the yard was packed! So with the help of Andrew Smellie on the phone, I quickly put together a new 30 minute lesson! After a few hours of amazing food and fellowship, I counted up a total of 21 visitors (mostly SU students) for our nine disciples! God took us from just a handful of studies to now over 20! Please pray for us few workers here as we have a plentiful harvest to bring in! To God be the glory!
Jeremiah Clark: "All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty." (Proverbs 14:23) Greetings from the Mighty Denver Church! On the eve of our Inaugural Service, it has been so encouraging to see God bless the "hard work" of the disciples in so many ways!
First, the disciples have literally poured themselves out every Saturday tagging in order to financially support this amazing church planting, and God has blessed the team with $6,000 raised in our tagging efforts! Our Mighty Campus Ministry has been "laser focused" evangelizing both the CU Boulder and Metropolitan State Universities, and God has blessed their "hard work" with over 22 current campus Bible studies! Today, our 20 member mission team had an incredible service as God blessed us with our largest service to date with 57 in attendance! Please pray for our Inaugural Service this Sunday, September 15th and for the harvest here in Denver as we have several people studying that are close to baptism! To God be the glory!

The Denver Mission Team!

Mike Underhill: This past weekend was historic for the San Francisco Bay Church! With 17 in attendance, we began our first Teen Devotional! One of the teen disciples, Justin Picciano, the son of Anthony & Lisa Fellis who are also disciples in the San Jose Region, led songs! I was honored to welcome the teens and shared about my first Teen Devo and being baptized in the Teen Ministry! Then Robbie Craddock preached an incredibly inspiring lesson! The teens shared their struggles afterwards in a time of sharing and MANY have decided to start studying the Bible! To God be all the glory!

Through his preaching, Robbie inspires the SF Bay
Teens to become disciples!

Jay Hernandez of Hilo: Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii! The Waterdogz have struck again as Cheyanne Kealiiho'omalu was baptized this evening after our Leaders Meeting!
Cheyanne is such a beautiful, bubbly young lady who was truly seeking God! She had been praying for a group of young people that loved God, and a church with a Hula Ministry! One day she was hanging out in the Book Store with a cousin when she spied our Campus Bible Talk taking place! She was so excited to see the brothers and sisters reading and discussing the Bible that she instantly joined in! She is so eager that she has already led her first study with one of her friends! Finally, "Waterdogz apparel" will be coming soon as well as many more getting close to the waters of baptism!

Gizelle and Megan are encouraged by
Cheyanne's zeal for God!

NEWS FLASH – Blaise Feumba of London reporting from Port-au-Prince, Haiti: "The people walking in darkness have seen a GREAT LIGHT; on those living in the land of deep darkness a LIGHT HAS DAWNED! You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder." (Isaiah 9:2-3) After landing in Port-au-Prince last Thursday, September 5th, I discovered a city still severely crippled by the January 12, 2010 earthquake.

The aftermath of the 2010 Port-au-Prince earthquake!

According to the Government of Haiti, 60 percent of government, administrative and economic infrastructure was destroyed! As well, 250,000 residences and 30,000 commercial buildings had collapsed or were severely damaged! The Ministry of Education estimated that half the nation's 15,000 primary schools and 1,500 secondary schools were severely damaged or destroyed! Total damages and losses caused by the earthquake were estimated at $7.8 billion US Dollars – $4.3 billion US Dollars in physical damage and $3.5 US Dollars in economic losses. The damages and losses are equivalent to more than 120% of Haiti's 2009 gross domestic product.

I received a very warm welcome from Alexis Turgeau, our brother who was a Mainline Church of Christ preacher who attended the 2013 GLC and was baptized a day later! Then, I spent time with three Mainline Church of Christ former preachers that have partnered with Alexis in their quest for a "true revival" for all of Haiti! We started convicting them with The Discipleship Study and other important points from the First Principles Studies. God finally won them around midnight when two of them saw that they had not been baptized as disciples! Later in the day, a former Catholic Priest named Daudier JEAN-JOSEPH joined us from Camp Perrin, a city an hour away from Port-au-Prince! He too became convicted after joining the Discipleship Group I had afterwards with Alexis' friends.
On Friday, we had a great Chariot of Fire Campaign from 10AM to 4PM with 64 in attendance! And from 7PM to 9PM in different congregation led by another of Alexis’ partners, God gave us about 40 in attendance! After doing Discipleship, L & D with a heavy stress on sins , The Cross, and The Church Studies, 22 (5 of them are former Church of Christ preachers) were deeply convicted and made the commitment to keep studying! Yesterday on Saturday, I went through most of the studies and started counting the cost individually from 9AM to about 5PM!

Scores of people hear the Scriptural
truth about salvation!

Today, God officially launched the Port-au-Prince International Christian Church and blessed us with 55 in attendance! Before and after the service, I continued counting the cost with eager souls wanting to enter the Kingdom! After an hour trip to a historical water spring where the former revolutionary and Emperor DESSALINES used to bathe to find "spiritual renewal," seven preachers (five of them from the Mainline Church of Christ) were baptized! These men are: LATOUR Reles, Germain JOEL, Daudier JEAN-JOSEPH, Saint-Jeance FRESNEL, Pierre MICHELET, Jean-Louis LOUSBERT and Anel MAGOFFY!

Anel – a former Church of Christ Preacher –
becomes a baptized disciple!

The Seven Preachers who were baptized and
became sold-out disciples of Jesus Christ!

Among these great new disciples is Latour RELES, a 71 years old fellow who has been preaching for 40 years! He was broken after we studied Matthew 28:19-20 and admitted that he was not baptized as a disciple. He fell down on his knees and praised God for keeping him alive to correct his path!

LATOUR Reles has been preaching for 40 years,
but when "taught the way of God more
accurately," he joyfully embraces the
truth and is baptized into Christ!!

Jean-Louis LOUSBERT, a 45 year old Theology Teacher in the Church of Christ Bible Institute of Delmar, cancelled a speaking engagement in a Church of Christ to be baptized as a sold-out disciple! Pierre MICHELET also was a Bible teacher and preacher in the Church of Christ. Germain JOEL was working closely with the former Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide and is eager to go back to his congregation outside of Port-au-Prince and challenge his 30 members to follow his example! Saint-Jeance FRESNEL leads a church of 40 in Montrouis and Daudier, a former Catholic Priest now a preacher of a 25 members congregation in Camp-Perrin, are both eager to do the First Principles Series with the congregations they lead!

Germain Joel – a preacher and a former Assistant to
President Aristide – is baptized!

As we were driving back, 13 of us in a small "five seat pick-up," encountered extremely heavy rains – that's when the Devil struck! On a hill due to the poor condition of roads, Daudier fell off the car and was nearly run over by the car behind us! God in His grace spared his life, but Daudier needs medical tests to make sure there is no internal bleeding. Please be praying for the nine people on the baptism list for this week!

I am starting tomorrow – as advised by Kip – The First Principles Training Classes to equip these great leaders The Seven and Alexis to baptize only sold-out disciples, thus winning Haiti to Christ in our generation! Please keep us all in your prayers as Haiti is a "dying Island" of amazing people who desperately fight to survive! I have never seen this level of mass poverty in my entire life! Yet, because the Island is humbled by their poverty, "a great light has dawn!"

The Seven and Blaise pray for an historic revival
throughout Haiti beyond what has
ever been seen before!

NEWS FLASH – The first report by Menno Zoutendijk, the Amsterdam Church Leader: We are excited and humbled that God's Spirit is moving in Amsterdam! The Amsterdam International Christian Church consists of four faithful, sold-out disciples! Last Friday, the four of us had "one-for-one visitors" at our first Bible Talk, and today a total of 15 visitors (10 adults and 5 children) at church!

Rene, Michael and Menno are full of faith for
the Amsterdam Remnant Group!

God's hand is clearly visible amongst us as a former sister came to church today – Ira, from the Ukraine! She used to be part of the Amsterdam Church in our former fellowship before she fell away. This past week, she heard from our brother Oleg Sirotkin in Los Angeles – who is originally from the Ukraine – and he informed her that God's SoldOut Movement now had a congregation in Amsterdam! Unfortunately a day later, the leader of what’s left of the Amsterdam ICOC, called Ira to talk to her about her oldest son with whom they are studying the Bible. Stefan also gave Ira the "sad news" that Rene & Anita had left the church. Ira knew immediately that this meant they had joined "God’s new movement" and she secretly rejoiced in her heart!
She then contacted Rene through Facebook to ask where the church meets!!! Today, she rode 20 kilometers on her bike with her one year old son to worship with us! Ira loved church and wants to be restored ASAP! (As Soon As Possible!) Some of the other visitors drove two hours in their car to church, which is a considerable distance by Dutch standards! Please keep Amsterdam in your prayers. We want our All-mighty God to be honored as we build the great Amsterdam International Christian Church!
NEWS FLASH – Amadou Sountoura of Abidjan: Greetings from the Ivory Coast – a nation of 22,000,000 lost souls! This was an amazing week, as our Gracious Father in Heaven gave us six baptisms – five men and one woman! And of this number three are campus students! Please keep us in your prayers!

The three new Campus Disciples are inspired
by Amadou's life and preaching!

Michael Williamson: Cheers Mates from London! It's been a week since we've been back from the historic first service in Amsterdam, and we are excited that God blessed them with another incredible service today!
Here in London, we are counting down the days (60) to hosting our Third Annual European Missions Conference (EMC)! A huge thank you to all the churches sacrificing so much to make this historic moment in God's Movement happen! This is truly God's family! We just received news that the former "World Sector Leader" Cory Blackwell & his wife Jeraldine are planning to come! So, we added Cory to the program!

Cory Blackwell will be preaching at the
November 2013 EMC!

This is such incredible news given the host of powerful disciples already slated to participate. This year, there will be speeches by Andrew & Patrique Smellie of the New York City Church; Carlos & Lucy Mejia from down in Santiago; Sonja & Chris "How Ya Doin'?" Chloupek from the AMS in LA; Jason & Sarah Dimitry leading the fast growing Las Vegas International Christian Church; our dear friends Jason & Susan Bond from LA; Luke & Brandon Speckman also from LA; Ron & Tracy "Hardlining" of DC; Tim & Lianne Kernan cranking the great work with the Rajans in India; Philippe & Prisca from the "City of Love" Paris; Eugen & Julia Sobolev from Kiev; Oleg & Aliona Sirotkin of LA; and of course "Dad and Mom" of the movement KIP & ELENA MCKEAN!
There's such a state of excitement in the hearts of all our European brothers and sisters from Stockholm, Kiev, Madrid, Paris, London and the newly formed remnant group in Amsterdam, as many were not able to attend this year's GLC in LA! Don't miss out on this incredible Kingdom memory! You can still Register @

Raul Moreno of Sao Paulo: "And the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband." (1 Corinthians 7:14) This Scripture was fulfilled this past Saturday as Gabriel, who was restored two weeks ago, was able to baptized his wife Edilene into Christ! We were planning to baptize her on Sunday morning in front of the whole congregation, but like the Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8), Edilene was urgent to be saved immediately! She saw water and did not want to wait until the next day! Why did she want to be baptized in the middle of the night? Because tomorrow was not guaranteed for her! The water that she saw was Renato's kids' pool! But that was enough for her! This family is now "united in Christ" and they are both super zealous to win souls for Him! We love you with the love of the Lord!

Gabriel, Edilene, their daughter and Edilene's mother
who is studying the Bible!

Tim Kernan: Greetings from Chennai, India – the territory of the fierce and majestic Bengal Tiger! It has been such an amazing experience for Lianne, the kids and me to be here in South Asia, home to nearly one third of the world’s population! It has been so good for our family to learn about this amazing culture – from riding in auto rickshaws (scooters with a two person bench for passengers in the back), to taking our morning tea under a tarp on a busy unpaved sidewalk, to bathing the kids in a bucket warmed with a kettle, to sweating in the hottest tropical weather we have ever experienced! These exhilarating experiences have so stretched and changed us in many, many good ways!

Tim having his morning tea with some
of the friendly "local guys!

Of course, this is not to mention being surrounded by people from a completely different culture, outlook and language! It’s so enlightening for "Western disciples" to know how our dear brothers and sisters in developing nations live. We respect and admire them more today than ever!

Soon to be WebDeacon Denny enjoying a
scrumptious lunch after church!

Today is the national holiday where many Hindu Indians worship the "Lord of the Sky." As Lianne & I took an auto rickshaw home tonight from an incredible meal with disciples, we were surrounded with people on the packed streets playing instruments, carrying idols and burning incense! Truly we felt like we were in an Indiana Jones Movie! Now this is world missions!

Partners in the gospel to bring hope to India's
1.2 billion people – Raja & Debs Rajan and
Tim & Lianne Kernan!

This was an incredible week as God powerfully advanced the gospel here in Chennai! Our Madras Christian College Campus Bible Talk of 10 disciples had 25 visitors – 15 men and 10 women! So many of the Bible Talks here are breaking records and accomplishing great feats of zeal for the Lord! Also, we have been blessed with six baptisms in the past five weeks! The Sunday service was so special as our sister Jayasree sang a absolutely beautiful song in traditional Tamil. Then our other sister Devika blew us all away with an amazing traditional dance!

The Chennai Bible Talk Leaders!

Truly the Chennai Church is a vibrant and dynamic group of disciples who are making God known in this part of the world! Please continue to pray for our Invitation Service on September 29th! We love you all very much from here in Chennai!

Dearest Brothers and Sisters, What a "fun-filled week" in LA beginning with our Labor Day Fun Day and Picnic to Mason & Nathalie's Wedding! So, in the future if you ever need a little joyful encouragement and a good laugh, go to Facebook's "Kingdom Memes!" As the Scripture teaches, "For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit!" (Romans 14:17) Here's a sampling!

My favorite is the last one! Our God is amazing as sometimes He works miracles in those around us in spite of our personal failings! So, let's continue to "preach the Word" with hearts full of joy from the Holy Spirit! And to God be all the glory! Amen!
