Greetings from Los Angeles!

The festivities surrounding the sending out of the Sydney Mission Team have lasted over a week! Yet today's City of Angels Church Christmas Service – conducted by the Sydney Mission Team – was truly "more than we could ask or imagine!"

The Inspirational Sydney Mission Team!

The Sydney International Christian Church
Leaders – Joe & Kerry Willis!

It is the custom of the SoldOut Movement that at the
Staff Meeting before a mission team is sent out,
we honor these courageous disciples with a
"specialty cake" that exemplifies
"their city!"

From the opening "Haka Dance" – orchestrated by our future "Islander Evangelist" Mason Fetelika – to the close where we bridged the aisles and sang Feliz Navidad, there was so much laughter and joy, as well as so many tears!

After Mason & Nathalie Fetelika graciously
welcomed everyone to our Christmas
Service, Pete Wade poured out his
heart in the Opening Prayer!

So moving was the Communion by the "Valenzuela Sons of Thunder" – Erick and Sean – who shared their pain as both their parents died of AIDS which led to their living in an orphanage. When they found God's family – the church – they were fired up to be adopted by a Heavenly Father!

The "Valenzuela Sons of Thunder" and
Rahnesha White proudly display their
Sydney Mission Team Globes!

Jason gave a powerful but extremely humorous Contribution Talk as he paralleled our giving to either be Coke Zero, Diet Coke or "The Real Thing!"

Jason Woody's humorous but convicting
Contribution Talk admonishes all to
make their giving "The
Real Thing!"

Then Joe Willis – the gallant leader of the Sydney Mission Team – spoke on Follow The Yellow Brick Road as Australia is known as the "Land of Oz!" His opening text was Revelation 21 where the "great street of [Heaven] is of pure gold!" The simple yet inspiring challenge of the sermon was "Die Saved!"

Since the Sydney Mission Team came out of the
North Region, Joe leads the "North Region
Choir" in a tribute song about the SoldOut
Movement going to Australia!

Following this epic sermon were six glorious baptisms – Vanessa (AV Latin Sector), Jonathon (AV Latin Sector), Udo (East Region), Alex (IE Region), Karen (OC Region), Haley (West Region)!

Udo enters the Kingdom with joy and peace!

The IE Brothers forget to have Alex join in their
weekly challenge, "You will be next!"

Then the Sydney Mission Team was called to the stage and each member was presented with the customary "upside down globe" reminding them that we are "turning the world upside down" in this generation! Then the over 1,000 that were at service fell to our knees as the LA Shepherds laid their hands on and prayed over the team sending them out through the power of the Spirit!

Michael Kirchner (above), Nick Bordieri and Tony
Untalan pray over the Sydney Mission Team!

Many family members of the Sydney Mission Team
shed tears during the service! Otto – Nathalie's
Dad – cried but was fully supportive of Mason
& her answering the call of God!

Also, since this was our Christmas Service, our MERCYworldwide Toy Drive collected over 1,000 toys to be distributed first to needy families in our congregation and then to the less fortunate of South Central LA! Proverbs 15:31 was our heart behind this generous outpouring of love, "Whoever is kind to the needy honors God!" And to God be all the glory!

And now more detailed reports from around Los Angeles…

Chris Chloupek: "How ya do'in?" from the AMS Region! Today marks a milestone in my family's life. Love hurts. My daughter cried herself to sleep Sunday night because of her sadness of saying goodbye to Allie Willis, Joe & Kerry's daughter, leaving for Sydney as the mission team departs Monday night!

My daughter, who is just 13, doesn't understand giving up everything for God now. She only feels the tearing away of an 18 month friendship bond between two young girls. The costs of sacrifice for God's Kingdom hits  everyone in different ways. But as for parents who believe in God's dream, one of the pains is seeing your kids hurting because they are losing a friend. However, I deeply believe "God works for the good of those who love Him." (Romans 8:28)

The Willis Family and the four other brothers and sisters who left the AMS Region to go to Sydney have been endeared to everyone's hearts profoundly. The pain of saying goodbye with tears by so many today have deepened our convictions of why we all do what we do. The Cross of Christ is the reason! Never forget why we leave our friends and families to go to foreign lands to plant churches: "THE PARTY'S IN HEAVEN!" It somehow helps us remember we are strangers here on earth. So goodbye Sydney Mission Team for now! There is an Eternal Reward waiting for all of us in HEAVEN! So it isn't goodbye Willis Family, it's SEE you later! THERE'S NO BUSINESS LIKE "SOUL" BUSINESS!

Best of friends – the Willises and the Chloupeks!

Kyle Bartholomew: Greetings from the Central Region! Angels rejoiced in Heaven as Genina, an incredible campus student from CSLA, was baptized! After a few years of trying to follow God the best she knew how, frustrated and defeated, Genina told God while praying that she was done trying to follow Him. One day later she was reached out to by a brother named Nate! She immediately knew that God had sent him to her and decided to give her heart back to God! She began studying the Bible and within two weeks was baptized! Pray for us as more are on the way!

Genina now understands that God never quits
on those who earnestly seek Him!

Tyler Sears: Greetings from the West Region Family! This last week has been such a joy! Although it's been a bit of a chilly Holiday Season, we have been staying warm with the fellowship and "enjoying the favor of all the [disciples]." (Acts 2:47) At the beginning of the Fall Quarter at UCLA and SMC, we started a campaign. Wanting to build "spiritual ohana" ("ohana" is Hawaiian for family!), so we copied The Brady Bunch and called it "The Bunch of Believers!" We finished the quarter with an awards show called, "The Bunch-ies" as each disciple dressed up and received an award for their strengths!

The Bunchie Award Winners!

As well, "the Lord added to [our] number" with the baptism of a sweet, young lady named Haley at our Christmas Service today! She is eager to do God's will as she brought out seven of her friends and family members! Please continue your prayers for the West Family.

Every now and then a disciple enters a ministry
whose very presence "changes everything" –
Haley is one of those!

Tracy Shelbrack: Greetings from the Orange County Teen Ministry! Ecclesiastes 12:1 says, "Remember your Creator in the days of your youth…" After seeing both of her older sisters, Julissa (16) and Sue (17) get baptized in the last six months, Karen (15) was finally ready to start studying the Bible again! Karen had previously studied before but was not ready to give up everything for God. After seeing all the changes in her sisters, especially Sue, Karen finally approached one of the teen workers at devotional in tears saying that she was finally ready to give everything up for God! After going through all the studies wholeheartedly and radically repenting, Karen was baptized this Sunday! This was the 11th addition in the OC Teen Ministry this year and to God be ALL the glory!

Karen and the "super fruitful Sisters"
of the OC Teen Ministry!

Jake Ramsier: Greetings from the Antelope Valley! As we all witnessed at our awesome Congregational Service today, our "newly minted" Latin Ministry, led by Victor & Sonia Gonzalez, added two more precious souls by baptism: Vanessa and Jonaton! It was a special joy to see our newest brother Adrian – who became a Christian just two weeks ago – baptizing his children! We can't wait to see God continue to work through the Ledesma Familia!

Adrian baptizes his precious daughter Vanessa!

The Ledesma Familia is jubilantly united in Christ!

I'd like to take a moment to express heartfelt gratitude and respect on behalf of all the AV Sector for Victor & Sonia, along with all the other brothers and sisters from "down below" who have been driving up some 75 miles to AV multiple times every week to serve! This is an incredible sacrifice for disciples who are already working hard serving in their own LA Regions. They truly are models of genuine discipleship for "all the [AV] knows them by their love." (John 13:35)

As the angels sing, "Glory to the newborn King" this Christmas!

HEADLINE NEWS – USA

NEWS FLASH – Matt Sullivan of Orlando: "While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas (Mike) and Saul (Chenelle) for the work to which I have called them.' So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off. The two of them, sent on their way by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia (the Florida Turnpike)… When they arrived at Salamis (Gainesville), they proclaimed the Word of God!" (Acts 13:2-5)

What a day! God has blessed the Orlando Church with the privilege of sending off our first mission team to Gainesville, Florida! The fellowship, singing and preaching were hot Sunday as the disciples and many visitors were able to see the Holy Spirit set apart and then send off a church planting! Early in the service, we had two that came to be baptized: D'Vontai from the Campus Ministry led powerfully by OJ & Jalisa Nduka, and then Melissa, from the awesome AMS Ministry led by the ever evangelistic Eckels! Both of them worked on their hearts for the Lord for weeks and made a hardline decision that Jesus would be Lord of all and so were baptized into Christ!

Melissa cannot believe how incredible it is to have
her sins forgiven and receive the Holy Spirit!

The Gainesville Mission Team led the entire service today with Brady and Debbie giving a warm welcome! Then Christian powerfully read a Scripture, and Amelia shared her testimony very vulnerably and powerfully. I was able to text Nick Gomez (her father in LA) a photo while she was sharing! Our contribution message was delivered by Curtis White, followed up by Kristine who is so very grateful for the Orlando Church as she was taken in off the streets and overcame drug and alcohol abuse here with the help of the disciples. Then Paula Harpole blew us all away as she wept with gratefulness and then pulled out $500 cash to help the Eckels get to the LA Winter Workshop, and several hundred more for the women leaders to give to their people!

Mike dynamically delivered his farewell sermon and then Chenelle, Cherlyne and June gave responses. Then of course our Children's Ministry sang Christmas songs for us… It was all glorious! Finally, to close out we had the entire mission team (several are still on their way from other States) up on the stage where they were given the "Orlando Upside Down Globes!" We then had them kneel down as Anthony Eckels, Ted Green and I prayed over them.

The Gallant Gainesville Mission Team!

Please be praying for the GICC as their first service will be this coming Sunday December 22nd. They are meeting at the Holiday Inn at 1250 W. University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32601. The Inaugural Service will be held on January 19th at the same location! You can contact Mike Patterson at 213.290.8324 for more information. We love you guys with all our hearts!

NEWS FLASH – Coltin Rohn of Boston: "The words 'once more' indicate the removing of what can be shaken – that is, created things – so that what cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our 'God is a consuming fire.'" (Hebrews 12:27-28) When your circumstances start to "shake" your faith, God then comes to solidify your convictions that "everything happens for a reason!"

Today we had a "forced" house church service! Because of the storm "Electra" last night, we were all snowed in and the roads were still very icy, which makes it a challenge for those who drive 40 and 50 miles one way to get to church! I was a little worried about what we were going to do, but it didn't stop the disciples from traveling on foot or on train in the rough weather conditions to get some fellowship!

I would like to share about the House Church in my home. An incredible PhD. student named Nancy has been studying the Bible after coming to our incredible "Women's Day" on November 2nd! At her baptism, Nancy's sharing moved many to tears as for the first time she came to understand more adequately that you don't have to "work" for the Holy Spirit, as her church taught her, but she would receive it by grace the moment she was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. That she did after being "squished" into our bath tub for the remission of her sins!

God moves the heavens for Nancy (front center) to
be baptized in front of a smaller crowd!

Nancy later shared that she was praying she could be baptized in someone's home, as she was nervous to go before the whole church. I guess God was just answering her prayers with snow storm Electra! And to God be all the glory!

NEWS FLASH – Jeremiah Clark: "The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned." (Isaiah 9:2) Greetings from the church that is lighting up the Rocky Mountains – the Mighty Denver International Christian Church! Today, we had an amazing service from start to finish as God gave us our highest attendance ever outside of our Inaugural Service with an attendance of 105!

Today, we had our First Annual MERCY Toy Drive where we were able to serve several foster families of Denver. Spearheaded by Mike & Dena Sanicola and Eric & Arielle Schram working with the city of Denver, we were able to have several families with foster children attend our service today. Beforehand, over 30 children were able to make a wish list of gifts and as a church we were able to provide gifts for each and every child! It was such an encouraging and heart-warming time as so many families were greatly impacted! So much so that several want to come back to church!

Also, encouragingly, two more were added to God's Kingdom today! First we saw Josh a powerful campus student at CU Denver get baptized! He is the best friend of Gabe who was baptized just three weeks ago! Amazingly, the Denver Campus Ministry has more than doubled over the last 12 weeks!

Josh experiences Acts 14:22, "We must go
through many hardships to enter the
Kingdom of God!"

In July, an older single women named LaVon went on her weekly walk around the beautiful Waneka Lake. Normally, LaVon would walk around the 1.2 mile lake without resting but this particular day she felt leg pain and decided to sit down and rest on a park bench. Little did she know as she sat down next to Michael Sanicola that he was praying to meet someone – that day – who would become a disciple!

After they were introduced, Dena (Mike’s wife) and LaVon quickly became best friends as they shared their lives with one another. The sisters poured out their hearts to Lavon and even hosted her 64th Birthday Party where LaVon said, "It was one of the best Birthday Parties I've ever had in my life because Dena and the girls just poured out the love and good food too!" As time passed, Patricia Maki, Marlo Lovacheff and my wife Julie loved LaVon enough not only to share their lives but the gospel as well and encouragingly LaVon was baptized and became your sister in Christ today!

God has truly moved in the Denver Church as we have seen 24 added to our number over the last 23 weeks! To God be all the glory!

Joel Parlour of Syracuse: This was one of those weeks where you are so proud to be in God's Mighty Kingdom! First of all, two babies were born! To the Lentinis God gave a beautiful daughter – Cienna! And to Sam a gorgeous girl – Angeth!

Congratulations to the Lentini Family on
the birth of Cienna!

Today we celebrated together our Annual Christmas Service! Our MERCY Toy Drive was such a success! Special thanks to George & Kathy for all the hard work they put into our "MERCY efforts" time and time again! During the service, it was very encouraging to see all the new faces as so many disciples confidently displayed their God-given talents! First, Amy Ludwig brought the children on stage and led them in a precious song performance! Then, immediately afterward, hearts were touched by a phenomenal play entitled, The Mysterious Christmas Gift written by our brother Rod Carter!

The Syracuse Disciples discover their acting gifts
in the play The Mysterious Christmas Gift!

Lastly, to end the service, we witnessed the baptism of a wonderful 14 year old "Kingdom Kid" – Tia! In her sharing, Vonetta (Tia's mother) shared about how after she learned of her pregnancy she decided to give up the baby for adoption. God intervened and it was not long after this that Vonetta became a disciple and started dreaming of baptizing her daughter! So today, after many years of prayer and months of Bible studies Tia became your sister in Christ!

Vonetta and Tia – mother and daughter – are
the closest of sisters!

Maria Franklin of Chicago: Today, we joyfully celebrated the birth and life of Jesus at our Christmas Service! The children in Kids Kingdom warmed our hearts as they gleefully sang Christmas carols for the congregation. The sermon was creatively divided into three parts: Joe Chiappetta preached on The Prophecy Of Jesus, Jay Shelbrack on The Pain Through Jesus, and my incredible husband Anthony Franklin on The Purpose Through Jesus! Of special note, all of the songs performed today were by the band led by Dustin Miller!

Service was closed with an uplifting baptism as Stephania was baptized through the efforts of the Triton College West Campus Ministry powerfully led by Maiya Eubanks & Kenneth Cook. Earlier this semester, Stephania saw my husband Anthony and Kenneth sitting at a table leading a Bible study and she approached them and asked them what they were doing. They proceeded to share with her and connected her with Maiya, and the rest is history! Stephania had already completed her undergrad at NIU for Pre-med and is currently taking a couple of courses at Triton College to prepare for her MCAT (Medical College Admission Test), and we are very excited as she is an incredible addition to the church!

Even though Stephania is not yet in Med School,
she now possesses a message that can
heal everyone she meets!

And now for more good news, Tommy was baptized in the Mighty Central Region! Tommy is the husband of Gabby who was baptized about a month ago!

Gabby (fourth from the left) is radiant after her
husband Tommy is united with her in Christ!

Also, today we welcomed an incredible sister, Lizzette, who was just baptized in Chile last week! We are grateful to have her in the family, as well as a student at the very prestigious University of Chicago. With her addition, we will now have two students as "ambassadors of Christ" at one of the top universities of the world! Merry Christmas to you all!

Lizette and Kacie both arrived in Chicago this week!
Lizette will join Alton Liu at UC and Kacie will
return to Chile after Christmas!

Ricky Challinor of Portland: Good news from the City of Bridges!!! On Wednesday night, we were able to baptize Jessica at Women's Midweek! Jessica is a super talented college student. She works for ASPCC (Student Government), is President of Phi Theta Kappa (Honors Society), and she baby sits!

Jessica "met us" as she was going around doing a survey asking students what is most important in their lives. Our awesome Intern Gabby Jimenez shared about how Jesus is the most important! Jessica immediately started changing her schedule to make it to "the meetings of the body!" At church today her whole family was able to attend and when I asked for prayer requests, her mother Irma asked for us to pray that she can change her schedule on Sundays so she and her entire family can come to church!

Jessica embraces the Portland Church's new custom
of signing the baptistry with her name!

Today the service was amazing as we gathered for an All Latin Teen Service!!! Josh Lopez and Xanthe Williams did an amazing job with the welcome! Luis Diaz – who was just baptized one month ago – and Liz Flores shared for communion. Contribution was great as well, being able to hear the young hearts on the importance of giving to God. Mia Wessels shared in English but was translated, and Juan Avalos followed in Spanish! Lastly, it was encouraging to see Gordo preach for the very first time in Spanish! I was incredibly proud of him and saw a future Evangelist in the making! His lesson was entitled, Evangelizando El Mundo En Nuestra Generación (Evangelizing The World In Our Generation)! Merry Christmas from all of us in Portland!

Lou Jack Martinez of Honolulu: How AWESOME is our God??? We have been praying since we landed on July 3rd, 2013 to begin a ministry on the North Shore and our AWESOME GOD heard our prayers and responded as DALDOS CARR WAS BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST TODAY!!!

The glorious fellowship surrounding the
baptism of Daldos Carr!

Lou Jack's prayers were answered as Daldos surfs
the "big waves" of Ohau's famous North Shore!

Circe Carr is a disciple from our former fellowship who fell away from the Kingdom because of sin and bitterness. But Circe KNEW that our God is an awesome and GOOD God who loves her and cares deeply about her. So she called JOAN BARTHOLOMEW on the Mainland and found out where the Honolulu International  Christian Church meets; came out to a Sunday service with her new husband Daldos; and God moved powerfully in BOTH of their lives!!! Today, Daldos was born-again, baptized into the body of Christ after studying the Bible for four (4) weeks, and now he is READY, WILLING, and ABLE to lead his wife BACK to the "life that is truly life!"

Circe guided Daldos to God's true church! Now
Daldos is determined to bring his awesome
wife Circe back to the Kingdom!

Lastly, WE ARE SOOOO PROUD AND HAPPY to welcome home from being a "missionary-in-training" our DEAR, DEAR SISTER – CHRISTLE IAEA!!!

Christle joyfully returns back to Honolulu
ready to serve with all her heart!

Mike Underhill: Hello from San Francisco! We are overjoyed as this week Briana surrendered her life to God in the waters of baptism! As a student at University of San Francisco, Briana had devoted so many of her dreams and talents to her worldly ambitions as a very focused business student and a loyal friend to so many of her colleagues. While studying the Bible, however, Briana realized that her investment in the world would not bring her the fulfillment for which she was looking. Briana has already started studying the Bible with several of her friends, as she is now ambitious to win this world for God! We love you all and hope you enjoy this special season of celebrating Jesus!

Briana – like Paul – has a noble ambition
to preach the gospel!

Ron Harding of Washington DC: Greetings from the Capital of the United States! Today we proudly participated in collecting toys for the MERCY Toy Drive serving both Harriet Tubman and Garfield Elementary Schools. Three of our young Christians also put together a clothing and canned food drive for a couple of local shelters!

Then at our Annual Christmas Talent Show our young Christians blew our minds through their poetry, spoken word, acting, dancing, and singing! Most excitingly was the addition of two new brothers in our Singles and Marrieds Ministry led by Rob & Burgandie Onekea. It looks like we may have two more baptized before the close of the year!

Johnny (left) and Sedge both make Jesus their Lord!

As we approach the end of this year here in DC, we are grateful to God that out of the overflow of our growth the Holy Spirit has sent out from us the disciples that formed the Denver Church, the Houston Remnant Group, and half the Dallas Remnant Group! Even more amazing was that the Lord still blessed us with weekly additions and by growing our weekly contribution throughout the rest of the year! Tracy & I look forward to seeing each of you at the LA and Northeastern USA Winter Workshops! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

David Jefferson: "The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom, it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God." (Isaiah 35:1-2) Greetings from Las Vegas, the "Blooming Land!" Today we had an amazing worship service in our new meeting location and to christen it, God allows us to have two amazing campus students added to our ministry!

First, was a young UNLV freshman named Dayisha! Dayisha was first met by our incredible brothers, Mark George and Maurice Sargent. Later, after losing contact with the disciples, Dayisha's friend was met by some of our CSN sisters and through a series of events, Dayisha came to devotional! Today she was baptized into Christ!

After just one devotional and seeing the love of the
disciples, Dayisha makes the decision to
become a baptized disciple!

Then God blessed the church with the baptism of Ramon, a young man attending the College of Southern Nevada! He first started coming to Bible Talk after having been met by Miguel and myself. Ramon has been a great learner, whose only ambition has been to, in his own words, "Get close to God." After having been persecuted by his family for even his desire to study the Scriptures, today he was baptized as your brother in Christ! And to God be the glory!

Ramon realizes his prayer and his only
ambition – to "get close to God!"

Andrew Smellie: "This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God." (2 Corinthians 9:12) Season's Greetings from New York City! Today we celebrated the Christmas holiday with inspirational messages, joyful singing, an AMS Christmas Concert and the MERCY Toy Drive Donation that included a massive four-foot cloth robot! For the third consecutive year, our MERCYworldwide efforts have included donating toys to the Dr. Rose B. English School located in Brownsville, a less than affluent area of Brooklyn that is surrounded by violence and poverty. What a tremendous joy we can bring to these children and their families with this selfless act of giving!

The NYC MERCY Toy Drive!

Today also marked another historic opportunity for the New York City Church to serve the Kingdom as we announced that Jake & Megan Studer (our Queens House Church Leaders) have accepted the call to be sent to Toronto in March 2014! The Studers will have the privilege to serve as the "right hand couple" for Tim & Lianne Kernan! Since Megan is a Canadian citizen, we look forward to seeing the power of God in action as we pray for our "northern neighbor" to be evangelized for Christ! We are confident that the Studers will "shine like stars" as they lead many to righteousness! (Daniel 12:3) As we celebrated together at our Staff White Elephant Christmas Party on Saturday, we were all grateful for the atmosphere of love and commitment that God has built throughout our leadership group in New York City!

The White Elephant Christmas Party!

As we prepare to say goodbye to another incredible year, please pray for our 2014 Northeast Winter Workshop entitled THE HOPE OF ALL NATIONS that will be attended by the Boston, DC, NYC & Syracuse Churches in Philadelphia from January 10-12, 2014! Pray for the remnant of disciples in Philadelphia to "discern what is best" (Philippians 1:10) and strive to unite with God's new SoldOut Movement!

The 2014 NE Winter Workshop!
God Bless and Merry Christmas from your family in New York City!

HEADLINE NEWS – INTERNATIONAL

NEWS FLASH – Blaise Feumba: "Surely the islands look to me; in the lead are the ships of [Haiti], bringing your children from afar, with their silver and gold, to honor the Lord your God… for He has endowed you with splendor… the least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly." (Isaiah 60:9, 22) Assuredly, the Island of Haiti is looking up to the Lord Almighty to be endowed with the splendor of a spiritual restoration where "the least… will become a thousand!"

Since my last visit in September, the Holy Spirit has been moving powerfully through the testimony of our eight former Mainline Church of Christ preachers led by Alexis Turgeau! At the end of September, we had 20 sold-out disciples in Haiti! In October, God added to their number 10 more disciples through baptism! Then in November, seven more souls were baptized into Christ giving us an amazing 37 sold-out disciples from one disciple in three months!

Tim Kernan and Blaise Feumba study and baptize
Alexis Turgeau at the GLC, who in three months
the Spirit multiplies into 37 disciples
in four churches!

Six of those baptized in November, Joceline Lubin (50 years old), Juliana Samedi (52), Brunette Merveille (22), Vilsion Lisius (34), Chericia Fortune (67), and Lovita Dorvillier (58) are from the city of Chantal, where the church is led by our dear 74 year old preacher Latour Reles! Lastly in November, Jerry Charles was baptized in Port-au-Prince!

Alexis baptizing Jerry Charles!

Excitingly, three more preachers are eager to know more about God's Movement! Jean Bonard Colin a "Christian Church" preacher of the City of Jacmel with 80 members is attending the Winter Workshop in LA in January to go through our First Principle Study Series! Lord willing, I will visit our four Remnant Churches in Haiti after the Winter Workshop in LA for a "second missionary journey" where I will continue to train the eight preachers to be more effective in presenting the First Principles, building dynamic Bible Talks, and organizing the Women's Ministry, as well as making sure all the disciples are getting together weekly for discipling time.

Jerry and Alexis become best of friends,
because they are partners
in the gospel!

During this trip, I also hope to study with Jean Bonard's entire congregation. Also, plans have been made for "The Eight" and me to meet up with another Mainline Church of Christ preacher, Saint-Louis Hilarion, from the City of Jeremie in the South with about 30 followers, and a Church of God preacher in the city of Chardonnieres with 95 members! Please be fasting and praying for the Lord to help us reap not only a great harvest of souls, but a great harvest of leaders! To God be the glory!

NEWS FLASH – Tim Kernan: Greetings from the Toronto Mission Team! Lianne & I are so excited and grateful to head to Toronto, Canada with some very special disciples! The Toronto Mission Team so far is comprised of: Drum Roll Please… Jake & Megan Studer of New York City! They will be Evangelist and Women's Ministry Leader-in-Training and be the first students of the Toronto ICCM! Our dear friends Craig & Elizabeth Wademan of Los Angeles and their precious daughter Helena! They are true Canadian heroes who have proven their faith and now return to their native land! Last but not least Erik Boomer of Hilo, Hawaii who was born in Calgary, Alberta!

The Studers are so honored to be invited
to join the Toronto Mission Team!

The plan at the present time is for Lianne, Junior, David and I to be in LA leading the North Region for January and February. Then, in March when the Feumbas (Lord willing) move to LA to become the North Region Leaders, we will meet the Mission Team in Toronto. Since the team at this point is so small, we are now praying for a few fired up warriors who will raise funds to support themselves on the Canadian front and gain an incredible experience on the mission field!

Lord willing, the Toronto Mission Team will arrive
in Canada's captial city in early March!

John Malnegro of Manila: "In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus." (Romans 6:11) Today, we rejoice over our brother Erik De Leon, who decided to die from his sins again and get restored to his relationship with God!

Erik fell away in 2005 after seven years of being a disciple. Though he has been attending the ICOC once in a while, the shallowness of the lukewarm relationships there made Erik's heart all the more numb. However, during Kip & Elena's visit here last month, another fall away brother (who's now in the process of restoration) invited Erik to hear Kip preach. Kip delivered a very powerful sermon entitled, God's Secret Plan. Everyone's heart was moved to repentance. Then Kip challenged us all to take an oath before God to be sold-out and evangelize the Philippines "No more delay!" (Revelation 10:6) Erik, took it to heart and decided to be used by God once again, including his singing talent! Please include us in your prayers, as we're praying for three baptisms and five restorations this week!

John (right) restores Erik to the
Lord and His church!

Tamru Belihu: Greetings from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! Praise the Lord we are very happy that we had an awesome time on Sunday! We had two baptisms who were studying for two months! So now they are very happy to be part of this great family! Every member in the church is working hard to be fruitful. Please be praying for us. Merry Christmas!

Carlos Mejia: Season Greetings from Santiago! The holiday season is here and we don't exactly have a white Christmas but a HOT Christmas with temperatures that will soar into the 100's! The exciting thing about a HOT Christmas is that it reminds us that we need not let our hearts get lukewarm or cold during the Holidays! This Sunday, all of Chile went to the ballot to cast their vote for the next president. When voting takes place, it is illegal to have any type of any group meeting so we moved our service to Saturday along with the Annual MERCY Toy Drive. God opened the door for us to have the MERCY Toy Drive and Service on the property of the foster care program, ECAM. This is our second year serving the kids at ECAM!

Santiago's MERCY Toy Drive Service brought
out so many new contacts!

The biggest needs for the kids this year were shoes, summer clothes and toys. The "MERCY Elves" were able to give each child a pair of shoes, a t-shirt, shorts and a toy along with school supplies. As a collection, we were able to take in more than 150 gifts for the kids! Our incredible MERCY Directors Job & Erin Sterling masterfully led the whole event! Along with the Toy Drive, Job & Erin have been exceptional in serving an underprivileged school and teaching the kids English once a week! This program was put together by our sister Melissa Sullivan and the Sterling's have kept it going! Let us not forget that our "Lord is full of compassion and MERCY." (James 5:11)

Raul Moreno: "The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." (John 3:8) Life as a disciple of Jesus is truly amazing! The Spirit of God does takes you from one place to another to fulfill His will for you in your life!

It was truly amazing to witness the engagement of Malcolm & Alexa this week! Malcolm & Alexa and are both missionaries and have done an excellent job leading the São Paulo Campus Ministry! They have led this ministry by example as many of the conversions were met by them personally! And as the Spirit would have it, they will move to Santiago in the next two weeks to be married and to further their training in becoming an Evangelist and a Women's Ministry Leader in God's Movement under the leadership of the Mejias! They will be sorely missed as they are incredible disciples and friends to the church!

Having the same heart for God and His mission

Also, it was moving to see the church partner with MERCYworldwide as 140 toys were donated to an impoverished elementary school in the East Region of São Paulo. For the vast majority of these kids, the toys given will be the only toys they will receive for Christmas! We love you with the love of the Lord from the Saints in São Paulo!

Raja Rajan: "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." (James 1:27) Greetings from Chennai! This Sunday was particularly exciting as the church was thrilled to have the kids from the TANSOWA Orphanage come and visit us! The 19 kids ranged from a year old to the late teens. The day started with them taking part in songs and games along with the Kingdom Kids. Later we had the distribution of gifts done by our MERCY Ambassador, Nivan Bhalla. It was truly a humbling experience as the church was reminded that just as these kids are orphans, we too were once orphans and would have remained the same if it had not have been for the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

The whole church rejoiced when our brother Jagan was added to the Kingdom on Sunday! Jagan comes from a Hindu home. Quite sadly, he lost his mother in an accident when he was just 13 years old and lost his father within two days of his mother passing away. Jagan had visited a denominational church, but he could see the duality of Christianity that was being practiced there. He works for Apollo Hospitals and was invited by our sister Amanda. When he saw God's amazing church, he was blown away by the love and the lives of the disciples! He studied the Bible and made Jesus his Lord and Savior!

Jagan rejoices that "God sets the lonely in
families!" (Psalm 68:6)

Debs & I can't wait to be at the Winter Workshop to learn and fellowship! Merry Christmas to you all from the Chennai International Christian Church!

Dearest Brothers and Sisters around the world: Truly, 2013 was indeed the best year for God’s SoldOut Movement… yet! Highlights in LA include our Winter Workshop, the Women's Day – PRICELESS, the initiation of the CAICC Basketball League, record Missions Contributions totaling $735,000, the Fall Retreats, and the remarkable Global Leadership Conference, where at the First Commencement of the International College of Christian Ministries the Spirit gathered almost 2,000 who witnessed 90 receive Bachelor's Degrees, three granted Master's Degrees, and one awarded the Doctorate Degree!

The Lakers (AMS, North, & Ventura Regions) defeated
the Knicks (OC Region) by one point in the
Championship Game of the CAICC
Basketball League!

2013 was a historic year as it was the First
Commencement Ceremony of the ICCM!

Of course, the "forceful advancement" of the Kingdom was so evident in the planting of Las Vegas, Denver, Gainesville and our Sixth Crown of Thorns Church – Sydney, Australia! As well, so many remnant (veteran) disciples joined God's new movement! Of special note were: Renato & Maria Jose Tria and 16 others from the sector they led in what's left of the São Paulo ICOC; Chris Bryant of LA's Southland Region; Mike & Dena Sanicola of Denver; Ronnie Gonzalez of Manila; Nimrod & Vis of Davao; Slava & Yelena Kapskiy of Minsk; the Zoutendijks and Vermaats of Amsterdam; and of course the baptism of the former Mainline Church of Christ preacher – Alex Turgeau, who then baptized as disciples seven other Mainline Church of Christ preachers in Haiti!

Finding spiritual revival, Renato Tria (left) joined Raul
and God's new movement in Sao Paulo bringing
his wife and 16 other disciples!

Now four new Remnant Churches have formed in Haiti joining Amsterdam, Caracas, Davao, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio that God also formed this year! Miraculously in the SoldOut Movement's short seven year history, God has spread His new movement to build 51 churches in 21 nations on all six populated continents of the world! And to God be all the glory!
