Talita was added to the kingdom on July 20th 2015, amazingly just a few months after her sister, Rachel, was baptized. Talita says that when Rachel first invited her to study the bible, she was uninterested and actually tried to prove that the bible was false and not from God. However, after trying to study it out for herself, she began to be won over by what she read. By applying Jesus’ teachings to her own life, she realized that she had been running from the truth all along, and she was ready to stop making excuses. She says that since being baptized she feels motivated to do the works of Jesus and continue persevering to save those who, like her, have been running from God.
